Hi, I’m Trevor Burch, owner and operator of PMI Bridger View.
Before entering the property management industry, I spent over 15 years serving as a Firefighter Paramedic. That experience shaped the foundation of how I do business today—built on trust, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence in every situation. Working in high-pressure environments taught me how to stay calm, solve complex problems quickly, and prioritize what matters most—skills that directly translate into managing and protecting your property.
I take a boutique, hands-on approach to property management. By intentionally limiting the number of properties I manage, I’m able to provide a higher level of service, attention to detail, and responsiveness than larger, volume-based companies. Whether you’re a seasoned real estate investor or a homeowner renting out your property, my goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free.
